We can hardly wait to celebrate with you, for your convenience here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions in regards to the big day!
What is the dress code?
Your comfort is most important to us, so wear something you feel your best in! If you’d like to match the vibe, we recommend semi-formal or dressy casual attire.
Are children welcome?
While we adore your little ones, this event is adults-only with the exception of our immediate family members. Thank you for understanding.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please plan to arrive 15–25 minutes before 1:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly, and we’d love for everyone to be seated and settled before it starts.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will specify if a plus one has been included. If you’re in a relationship or would like to bring a guest and aren’t certain, please contact us, we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Our dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of options to accommodate different preferences. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies you would like us to be aware of, please advise us in your RSVP.
If you’ve already RSVP’d and forgot to mention something, please reach out to us directly — a quick text or message on social media is perfectly fine! We’ll do our best to make sure you’re taken care of.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There is a parking lot beside the reception venue. For the ceremony, parking is more limited — there’s a small public lot nearby, and additional street parking may be required. We recommend carpooling when possible.
What type of bar will there be at the reception?
We’ll have a subsidized cash bar! Drink tickets can be purchased for $3 each or 7 for $20. Each ticket covers one alcoholic beverage, while non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary.
Non-alcoholic beverages are on us.
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that all guests put their phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we want everyone to be fully present with us!
Plus — we promise the photos will look much better without a sea of cell phones in the background. 😉 Thank you for helping us keep the ceremony intimate and distraction-free!
Are there accommodations nearby?
We’re still finalizing accommodation options for our guests, but we believe there’s a campground close to the venue that can be booked online. Once we confirm details (and possibly a few more options), we’ll update this section — so please check back closer to the date!
Will transportation be provided between the ceremony and reception?
Transportation will be provided for the wedding party only. We kindly ask that guests consider carpooling or arranging a safe ride, especially if you plan on enjoying a few drinks during the reception. Your safety means the world to us!
Is there anything else we should know?
Yes! Our bar will be run in partnership with a local dog rescue — one of our favourite charities. All bartender tips will go directly to supporting their rescue efforts. So please bring cash to tip generously and help us make a difference while we celebrate! 🐾❤️
